Eat Like Jackie - Day 1

So I finally did it! Eat Like Jackie is officially my foodie blog which I have been meaning to create for over a year now. Thanks to my new unemployment status I can now dedicate time to sharing my eating escapades with you fellow food-lovers. I hope you all enjoy what I have to share and I am thrilled to hear your feedback.
